God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone (James 1:13, NKJV).
God is Holy, He is love and He tempts no one, we tempt ourselves. So then, have you ever wondered what Jesus meant when He said in the Lord’s Prayer, “Do not lead us into temptation”? - Pray that the Holy Spirit will bring harmony into our homes, heal broken relationships, protect the vulnerable from abuse, and reveal God’s sanctifying power in seemingly hopeless situations.
